It's a very fact that by simply writing the following sentence I'll inevitably negate its very truth: but folks...it looks like spring is upon us.
I know, I know - I probably just jinxed it. But can you blame me? With a forecast predicting temps in the 50s for the rest of the week, I'm allowed to get my wee little Midwestern hopes up.
And goodness, do I need a light at the end of the tunnel now more so than ever. Is anybody else out there just about ready to throw in the proverbial towel -- or at the very least, wave it in the air to beg for a time out?
Ok ok, enough with the complaining. Let's get to what I hope to be the last of winter's fashion offerings. I love faux fur as much as the next person (OK, no I don't, but for the sake of Rachel Zoe and her empire,
I'll pretend I do wholeheartedly), but I'm ready for a less encumbering morning prep process.
Figuring out how many layers will fit underneath my 600 fill down parka is not only frustratingly mathematic, but frankly, frighteningly infuriating. (Hello alliteration).
