So it turns out that being done with exams is infinitely more satisfying when said exams don't mark the end of a life spent blissfully in limited reality.
College may be trying at times, it's true, but the impending doom job market that awaits is an even less hospitable place for those of us who, like myself, are in a perpetual state of denial about the fact that they are not, in fact, still 5 years old.
But today, that ends!
Today, I embrace maturity!
Adulthood!
Initiative! Entrepreneurial ambition!
...
Just kidding.
Still procrastinating reality.
These ladies are my vice.

Love these pics, definitely going to check out some of these blogs I've never seen before. BTW I couldn't find the anthro pants any longer online! I tried to link them last night but I failed :( Perhaps they're in stores?

Congratulations on finishing your exams! And don´t worry, although the state of economic things might make you wonder if you will ever actually get a job at all, you will -- and there is nothing more pleasing than earning your own money. And then a lot of it, so that you can buy tons of printed pants and those gorgeous Isabel Marant sneakers. Well, maybe you don´t need TONS of those, but you get my point.
ReplyDeleteI also had to show my appreciation for you being the first person to comment on my blog -- glad someone has enjoyed whatever that is that I have produced so far. :)
Oooh, I absolutely love all these fashion inspiration photos!
ReplyDeleteHaha, and thanks so much for your kind comment. You should totally try the sheer DIY on a skirt. You'll have to tell me how it goes and post pictures of it too ;)

haha stay in denial as long as you can! i've been out here in the real world for a year now and it sucks just as much as you think it does (words of encouragement, i know). But on a less depressing note- how badly do you want to steal there ladies' closets?! I would cat burglar every one of them. You have a fun blog, I'm following :))
ReplyDeleteThanks! And oh well - I guess I was already aware it wasn't going to be a joyride, haha.

It looks like we have a lot of the same vices! I can spend eight hours looking at blogs and then wonder where the day has gone... Not super productive, but I do get some great inspirations! And this post is fantastic because I have just discovered some new ones that I didn't even know about! Didn't think that was possible :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats in finishing your exams! Don't worry, it's not so bad. It's actually nice to finally start making some money!
