Pleather is the worst, right?

Until it's not. At which point, you want to wear it every day for the rest of your life and never take it off ever.
Not even for Johnny Depp in Meet Joe Black.
But I digress.
I used to be a very staunch supporter of the "no faux" frame of thought.
Cheap, tacky, and a blatant statement on just how willing you were to sacrifice quality in favor of imitation.
Slowly, though, I've evolved.
Or devolved. Depending on how you look at it.
Now I find, when the item in question meets every personal style criteria except that of "real leather", that particular checkbox can often be left...unchecked.
Now, with the advent of "vegan leather", we can also all just lie and say that our inability to afford the real thing was really just a human(anima?)itarian decision to save the cows.
And we all know how I feel about that.
