They're baaAAAaackkk.
Duh duh duh.
And in this non-high-fashion interpretation, I fell back upon the classic jeans and tee combo.

Proof again that I'm pretty sure my weirdness is waning with the change in season.
A statement which I realize sounds completely ridiculous as it is said in the context of a post in which I wear a cobalt blue shirt, multi-colored paisely-printed pants, and a pair of bright orange, half-wedge penny loafers.
But it's true.
Lately, all I've been really feeling is t-shirts.
t-shirts, t-shirts, t-shirts.
All colors, all shapes - one size:
Extra Large.
I just cannot get enough of the slouch.
So it's a good thing America's obesity epidemic is on my side.
Not to make light of a dire situation or anything,
but how great is the American size run?

jeans: Citizens of Humanity, tee: Gap, shoes: Vaneli (similar from Sperry)(similar from APC) |
I mean, lately I've been finding that the only places to source really fabulous and frumpy tees are my good ol' American go-tos (Gap, Target, etc, etc). All those chic European and Asian fast-fashion websites don't seem to support the homeless person aesthetic I've been chasing as of late.
And no complaints here. Buying in bulk at my childhood haunts is not only money-saving, but a fun little flashback experience too.
Guess what I almost bought the other day?

In size XXL, of course.
Cheers.
