Oh hey beautiful.
I know.
I feel like everyone's suddenly expounding upon how it's not cool to be "weird" anymore.
Simplicity's in, black's back, monochrome's the maintsay, and single-patterned suits are in style.
But sometimes, I need a little excessive layering to get me feeling like myself again.
This model from MM6 is the best version of myself.
In fact, the runway (presentation room) is the best place to live out our wildest 'onion' fantasies.
Because, as mature and effortless and simple as black, sleek and clean continue to be,
how fun are those minimalistic qualities to watch amidst the fashion week hype?
Not
a
Lot.
Don't get me wrong. I love me a good straightforward sharp-looking clean-cut ensemble,
but sometimes it's nice to experiment with the trends that require a second take.
The ones that look like one thing at first, and then another later.
These were some of my favs from the latter portion of NYFW.
