Supple Shift Seduction.

Ever since this summer,
when I passed a perfect Pocahontas-esque version of one in the window of a Parisian shop,
I've been obsessed. . .

Are you hooked?!?

To what, you must wondercould this elusive girl (myself) be referring?
An exotic dog, a smuggled jewel, a strange but beautiful orphan child from the shores of a distant land?

ding!

PSYCH.

Totally had you.

Fine. I'll stop being annoying.

Jokes aside, the item to which I allude is in fact ...
a real leather shift dress.

Slightly less exciting than the previous answer, to be sure, but thrilling nonetheless.
Unfortunately, the leather shift dress is a rare species unto itself in that it usually comes at an abhorrently unattainable price.

Luckily, a lovely little twist of fate recently landed this Rebecca Taylor beauty into my lap, and I'm now officially committed to never taking it off.

The leather may in fact be the softest piece of fabric I've ever felt, and I'm convinced that the shift could be repurposed as a nightie of the most supple sort.

Can't wait to explore all the different ways to use (read: abuse) this little number.
Xena warrior princess, pimpin' Pocahontas, Lara Croft .....
dress: Rebecca Taylor (similar fauxreal), shirt: mom's old work clothes (similarhere), shoes: Zara, tights: Pure&Good, shades: vintage Ray Ban (very similar
I'm open to suggestions.

Cheers.
