Why I Don't Have Blog Photos Up As Often As I Should

Dearest (and potentially non-existent) friends;

I am often asked the (mortifyingly embarrassing) question:
"Miss Gabrielle:
If you have so many clothes,
then why are you literally always wearing the same thing every day.
source
ps: please feel free to take the liberty of comparing me to Steve Jobs
and not a homeless person
And mind you: this is no misuse of "literally", folks.
This is the real deal.

See, though I do not have it photographed for you here today due partly to the fact that 1: I have a very difficult schedule to photograph around, 2: The sun is never out.
Ever.
and 3. I'm lazy,
I actually (read: literally) wear the same thing nearly every day.

Usually, my Helmut Lang blazer sits atop one of my 5 heather grey/white/black/olive green t-shirts, which are then poorly front-tucked into 1. my MOTHER Muse Hematite jeans, 2. either my white or black J. Crew Matchstick mid-rise jeans or 3. my outrageously Huck-Finn-esque MIH high-rise boyfriend jeans.

So...
it's pretty gross.

The thing is, I kind of (very much) love it. The clothes are high quality, so they don't pill or tear or get weird and bunch in the crotch and sag just under the butt and make me look like a waddling duck and what not,
and they are comfortable.
Not like, sweat pant comfortable, but like, this-is-as-comfortable-as-I'm-going-to-get-while-still-being-able-to-conduct-business-in-public/go on-a-date-except-never-really-go-on-a-date comfortable.
taken on day 1 of a 3 day journey, for which I packed an overweight suitcase but only ended up wearing aforementioned items
taken on day 3 of said journey, wearing the same outfit (diff. kicks of course).
unwashed, obviously
Which is why I've been having a hard time time taking pictures for the blog lately. Aside from the 3 compelling reasons stated earlier, my inspiration to dress weirdly has been...fizzling, of late.
So I don't know - Is it because I'm tired?
Probably.
But what if this is actually a long-term change? Have I lost my will to experiment? Will I be forever doomed to blazers and t-shirts and jeans?

Or is it just a symptom of getting roughly four hours of sleep a night for the past six months?
Only time (and 10 million hours of ZZZZZs) will tell.

Cheers.

I don't think you've lost your will to experiment, it goes in phases. I promise it will come back soon and you'll be back on top :) x
